Stable Housing

Once a client's immediate emergency needs are met, the VASNET case management team enrolls each client in our Self-Sufficiency Program. Here, we address their long-term needs across critical areas such as housing, employment, healthcare, and social support.

Case Management

Our Case Managers conduct thorough assessments of each client's unique needs, then skillfully link them to appropriate and available services and resources, ensuring a personalized path to stability.

Our therapy and counseling services are designed to promote individuals’ emotional, cognitive, psychological health. The counseling session are provided face-to-face by telephone or by video conference on an outpatient basis. The services may service individual client, a group (of two or more) to a family including parents, spouse and sibling (client need not be present).

Furniture

Once your Case Manager secures your housing, conducts a thorough Housing Quality Standards (HQS) inspection, and assists with lease signing, the VASNET team will help furnish your new home. To ensure your space truly meets your lifestyle and personal preferences, you will have the opportunity to choose furniture items tailored to your specific needs.

National Notary Services (NNA) member

We are a certified Notary Signing Agent with National Notary Association (NNA) with 10+ years experience with residential and commercial loan closing.
We are familiar with legal documents/court docs such as Affidavits, Quit Claim Deeds, Trusts, Wills, Power of Attorneys (POA) etc.
We will travel and meet with you at a nearby coffee shop.
